Galaxy M53 5G gets updated to One UI 5.1 with new software

After the Galaxy M42 5G, the Galaxy M53 5G is the next mid-range Galaxy M series smartphone to start receiving the One UI 5.1 update. India is the first area to receive the update for the device, and additional markets may follow in the coming weeks.

The firmware version for the One UI 5.1 upgrade for the Galaxy M53 5G is M536BXXU2CWB3. It comes with the February 2023 security patch, which fixes more than 40 security flaws discovered in the phone, and has a download size of 1,237.Galaxy M53 5G25MB. We advise utilising a Wi-Fi network to get the update because it is so large.
