This year Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, and Travis Kelce are on a mission to lead the Kansas City Chiefs to an NFL three-peat never seen before. And the tight end makes it abundantly evident he wants to play as much as possible.

Just around the horizon, the season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, Kelce addressed the media on Tuesday. The Chiefs star informed everyone he expects to get all the snaps he can when asked about the likelihood of his age causing less work.

“You get more comfy with your body,” Kelce said. “You pick knowledge from prior blunders as well as stuff like this. You keep improving and growing more conscious of where your body is at.

Coming into the building, working on my craft, learning a new game plan and honing it for those around me appeals to me. [It] provides me with direction to sort of live my life and go about my daily business; it excites me much doing this.
