Country music star Garth Brooks is being sued by a woman named “Jane Roe” who says she worked as a barber and makeup artist for the award-winning singer and was intimacy assaulted and hit her. got a copy of the complaint, which was filed in a California state court on Thursday and says the claimed events happened in 2019. She says Brooks raped her once while they were on a business trip. The suit says that Brooks and Roe flew to Los Angeles on Brooks’ private jet. “Normally there were other people on Brooks’ private jet, but this time Ms. Roe and Brooks were the only ones,” the lawsuit says. “When she got to the hotel in Los Angeles, Ms. Roe couldn’t believe Brooks had booked a one-bedroom suite for her when she didn’t have her own room.” Roe says the country singer “appeared in the doorway to the bedroom, completely naked” when they got to the hotel suite. In her report, Roe says she felt “trapped in the room with Brooks by herself.” Roe says that after the alleged rape, Brooks told her more about his intimacy  dreams and touched her inappropriately.
