The Christmas king or queen is returning. Although Candace Cameron Bure, who has been producing Christmas programming for the Hallmark Channel since 2008, made a significant switch to Great American Family this year, her popular films continue to be watched today.
In 2008’s “Moonlight & Mistletoe,” which also starred Christopher Wiehl and Tom Arnold, she made her Hallmark debut. She kept doing it since she enjoyed it so much and it came into her life at the perfect time. After taking a 10-year vacation and serving as a stay-at-home mom, “it was one of my first occupations. She recently reopened the audition process by saying, “Okay, let’s start auditioning again.” It was fantastic. Fun was had.
A Journey Back to Christmas(2016)
2016 and gains valuable insight into the significance of Christmas. Co-starring is Oliver Hudson.
Ranking justification: time travel The comet twist is a little more clichéd than normal, and Christmas movies don’t always hit home.
The Christmas Contest(2021)
Bure reunites with her ex while competing in Christmas-themed events, along with Fuller House co-star John Brotherton.
Everyone loves reunions, but Scott Weinger ought to have been there. The rest of “The Christmas Contest Plots” was a little too ludicrous in my opinion, but the finale was strong.
Moonlight & Mistletoe(2008)
Although the film is endearing and friendly, I don’t think Bure and Wiehl make the best couple. Tom Arnold was this one’s best feature.
‘If I Only Had Christmas’ (2020)
Bure and Christie had great chemistry, especially in the first half of the film, but the weak supporting plotlines detracted from the overall enjoyment.
A Shoe Addict’s Christmas’ (2018)
Luke Macfarlane as well as Jean Smart? With those two in the mix, it’s difficult to fail, even though the plot on this one felt a little hollow.
Christmas Town’ (2019)
Hallmark was able to draw attention to adoption and foster care. It also enabled Lauren, played by Bure to discover her own sources of happiness before relying on romance.
A Christmas Detour’ (2015)
I enjoy watching two complete strangers who couldn’t be more different ignite an unlikely romance while flying. Greene and Bure work well together, and Strange and Lewis play a relatable married couple who are attempting to reignite their passion for one another.
Christmas Under Wraps’ (2014)
The romance is expected, but the subplot with Santa, his “elves,” and the reindeer is not. Jodie Sweetin, a former “Full House” co-star of Bure’s, will fall in love with Andy in the sequel, which will debut in 2022.
Switched for Christmas’ (2017)
Here, there are two wonderful love stories and the welcome element of sisters coming together despite their differences.
Let It Snow (2013)
Not only does the movie end with a kiss (shock! ), but Bure and Thicke’s father-daughter bond is equally as compelling as the central romance.
