Ms. Marvel, also known as Kamala Khan, is a young, bright-eyed child who is competing against the more seasoned veterans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Spider-Man, you’ll have to make room for her.

Screen Rant claims that Marvel is looking for fresh acting talent to cast in the part of a free-spirited young person who is attempting to establish their footing…

…in a world where gods and monsters coexist because Peter Parker has matured as a direct result of the life-changing events that took place in Spider-Man:

There is no way back. That part is played by Iman Vellani’s character Kamala.
We have no reason to believe that Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, will ever leave the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

However, he does not longer play the same role that he had in the past. Within the scope of Captain America: Civil War,

Spider-Man and Tom Holland, the actor who plays him, were both fresh faces to the world of Marvel super heroes when they were first shown to the audience.

In the infamous combat sequence from Captain America: Civil War that took place in the airport, Peter Parker didn’t spend as much time fighting as he did admiring (excuse the pun) everyone else’s outstanding powers and clothes.

Peter Parker, on the other hand, saw tremendous development over the course of three solo movies and two further films involving the Avengers.
