On the other hand, Christmas is not yet settled and on the other hand it will be soon, the holiday season will bring joyful feelings for many individuals, while for others the season will be new with a bit of sadness.

That it would feature is only natural, as 61-year-old Al Pitrelli considers Trans-Siberian Orchestra founding member Pitrelli to be the most important member of the band whose insane Christmas medleys have been going strong for nearly three decades. It’s been little more than 30 years since the band first played.

Pitrelli added, “Christmas is an interesting emotional time, which is something Paul set out to explore from the very beginning.” He’s speaking of Paul O’Neill-a composer and founder of the Trinity String Orchestra-who passed away in 2017. During the holiday season, the intensity of the emotion that you miss someone is felt to a greater degree than it would be otherwise. Nevertheless, as Paul would say, it is better to go without something than to never have had the chance to have it at all. This is the preference that Paul would have.

The band is scheduled to launch two different tours on November 13, with the first one taking place in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and the second one in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Since TSO is about to go on its tour, there are a lot of reasons for fans of the band to be happy. Phoenix, Denver, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Nashville, Indianapolis and Detroit are among the places the event visits on the tour and will wrap up the tour by Dec. 30 has arrived, with performances in Oklahoma City and Toronto.

This year’s performance reincarnates the twenty-year existence of a double album entitled “The Lost Christmas Eve.” The CD relates a story of a ruthless corporate executive who actually rediscovers the love of a child that was long-ago abandoned through music, songs, and performances. They tell the story through their relationship.

How Pitrelli would often address his friend as if he were standing in the room with him. “Paul’s message here was simple,” he says. “And it’s never too late.”

TSO was formed in the mid-1990s by a group of professional hard rock touring musicians and producers. O’Neill had been the production overseer of several Aerosmith albums while Pitrelli’s c.v. includes stints with Megadeath and Alice Cooper. TSO has a sound that is unmistakably of the holiday season. Rock operas were pioneered by bands such as The Who and Pink Floyd, and the band was a tribute to such rock operas.

One does not know the reason for the name “Trans-Siberian Orchestra” being used to describe them.

As far as Pitrelli is concerned, O’Neill only believed that the concept of the well-known Trans-Siberian train in Russia “sounded cool.” There is also the name of the train included here. He continues by stating that during the early days of the band, an interviewer told O’Neill, the rocker from Queens, New York, that “You know, your English is so good.” This was mentioned to O’Neill from the beginning of the band. A presumption had been made by the interviewer that the band was from a different nation.

The band’s debut album, titled “Christmas Eve and Other Stories,” was a commercial success when it was released in 1996. In 1999, the band also released a movie under the title “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve.” There was, however, another option at that time, which was taking a tour. “We were basically like the Steely Dan of Christmas music,” Pitrelli jokes, referencing the classic rock group that rarely ever toured. “We were doing Christmas music just like Steely Dan.” “We were basically like that…”

On the other hand, a phenomenon evolved as a consequence of the vast number of individuals who attended a series of live concerts throughout the year. It is estimated that TSO has sold approximately 20 million tickets as of this year, which has led in a donation of twenty million dollars to various philanthropic organizations. According to Pollstar and a number of other industry trackers, the band is consistently named among the top touring acts by the industry.

The question is, who exactly are the people who support the TSO? Pitrelli laughs. “The first show we did, in Philadelphia in 1999, I went out there and I saw in the front row, and I saw two grandmas in crocheted Randy-themed sweaters, sitting right next to a big guy in a Slayer hoodie, so.” that’s all.” all of you.” He says.

But, for Pitrelli, getting back on tour is also a time to catch up with TSO fans and the perfect way to pay tribute to a man whose memory means so much to him

Paul was not only my older brother but my best friend, employer and protector. He was many things to me. As far as he was concerned, Paul cherished my children exactly the same way he would have his own children. I feel very grateful that he was ever part of my life, even though I am not looking forward to missing him. And when we go out there and perform, we celebrate Paul for all that he has accomplished.
