After a first scare resulted in Haiti fall short by inches due to an ineffective set piece defense but the
USWNT got back to their game and scored a lead in the 16th minute. Sophia Smith's
low shot from the left took Morgan out near the post and Morgan made a stunning shot that beat goalkeeper Lara Larco.
Morgan hit a cross from the right wing seven minutes later to extend the lead.
