Blamed of rushing the Queen's coffin to see whether she was "alive"

Apparently trying to decide whether Queen Elizabeth II was still alive, the man who was jailed for allegedly bum-rushing her casket.

The stunning news broke while Muhammad Khan, the alleged criminal, was arising in court.

According to the BBC, during the affected hearing, Judge Michael Snow told the defendant,  

"At the time when you were in Westminster, you didn't get that the queen was over and that was the reason you were going towards the casket to help yourself that she was."

He was talking about the shocking incident that occurred Friday evening after the 28-year-old defendant reportedly 

attempted to take the flag enfolding the ruler casket at Westminster Hall as she lay in form.

"The accused had arrived at Westminster Hall. Officers on the scene saw him approach the casket after that, according to prosecutor Luke Staton, who described the event.
