Elvis' Director Baz Luhrmann Talks About Putting Out His 4-Hour Cut

Elvis' Director Baz Luhrmann Talks About Putting Out His 4-Hour Cut "Elvis" is currently the second-highest grossing.

Since the filmmaker disclosed the existence of a lengthier version back in June 2022, rumors regarding a "4-Hour Cut" of Baz Luhrmann's biopic Elvis have been circulating.

The potential of watching this more extended version of the Austin Butler-starring movie has fans wondering.

Now, in a new interview, Luhrmann has discussed the likelihood that that version of the movie will be released.

Luhrmann spoke with Screen Rant about the potential for the release of the film's elusive 4-hour version.

He added that this cut won't be arriving anytime soon and that much more work would need to be done.

The production of this long-cut movie was to be released. Elvis was only given a duration of 2 hours and 39 minutes.
