If he could fight any celebrity, Khabib Nurmagomedov said he would fight Michael Jordan

During an interview with ESPN social on the red carpet ahead of his UFC Hall of Fame induction at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Khabib  

Nurmagomedov named the NBA GOAT as a celebrity he would fight if he could.

"Michael Jordan. Of course. And you know why? Because I believe I will be able to defeat him," Nurmagomedov said.

Nurmagomedov was enshrined permanently in the UFC's Hall of Fame as an exciting ground-and-pound master who retired from the sport at the top of his game with a 29-0 record

When Nurmagomedov was at his peak, he beat a who's who of top 155-pounders, including Rafael dos Anjos, Al Iaquinta, Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and Justin Gaethje.

In his post-fight career, he owns a combat sports company, Eagle Fighting Championship, and helps train up-and-coming fighters Islam Makhachev, Umar Nurmagomedov, and Usman Nurmagomedov.

He is one of the most famous basketball players of all time and one of the NBA's greatest competitors in the 1990s.
