It is possible that the Kansas town Royals will have 10 players missing from their collection in Toronto because of vaccine mandate
Due to the Canadian government's vaccine mandate, Kansas City manager
Mike Matheny confirmed on Wednesday that 10 players will not travel with
the group to Toronto for their 4-game series against the Blue Jays. In Canada
everyone entering the country is required to have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccines
the second one at least 14 days prior to entry.
Whit Merrifield, Andrew Benintendi, Hunter Dozier, Cam Gallagher, MJ Melendez,
Brady Singer, Brad Keller, Kyle Isbel, Michael A. Taylor and Dylan
Coleman will all be on the constrained listing for the collection, Matheny said following Wednesday's win over the Detroit Tigers.
