Judge Agrees Musk's Buddy David Sacks Fights Subpoena Over Podcast Influence

Twitter lawyers argued David Sacks' main reason for trying to fight the subpoena.

And in a decision issued Friday, the judge agreed. 

 The company's lawyers subpoenaed Sacks as "a potential merger investor that Musk is trying to avoid.

As Elizabeth Lopatto explained earlier this week.

And now I have to hire a lawyer to get it overturned." 

He tweeted via virtual intermediary to Twitter's lawyers. 

While this strategy can work if you want a bit of influence on the internet, it didn't help in his case.
