Ne-Yo's significant other Crystal Smith petitions for legal separation, claims he as of late fathered a kid 'with his lover'
Ne-partner Yo's filed a legal separation petition, claiming that he recently had a child with another woman.
Crystal Smith, who married Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Chimere Smith) in 2016, reportedly filed legal proceedings in Atlanta this week, days after openly accusing the musician of adultery.
According to claims from Us Weekly, Smith, who has three children with the "As a result of You" performer, stated the marriage is "hopelessly destroyed" and there is "no expectation for compromise."
He also stated that he "took the demonstration of adultery seriously."She accuses him of having "just fathered a little child with his lover."
Smith noted that she has been caring for their children, including Isabella Rose, 1; Roman Alexander-Raj Smith, 4; and Shaffer Chimere Jr., 6; and noted that their authority date of division was July 22.
She is asking for shared legal custody, primary physical custody of the kids, support for the kids, and a divorce settlement.In addition, Ne-Yo shares two children with his ex-Monyetta Shaw: Madilyn Grace, 11, and Mason Evan, 9.
The potential ex-spouses' marriage was rocky. He filed for legal separation in 2020, claiming the marriage was "hopelessly destroyed." He eventually withdrew the offer and credited COVID lockdown with bringing them back together.
