police officer crumpled and taken away on a stretcher during Queen’s funeral 

A police officer went down time on duty at Queen Elizabeth's funeral on Monday. 

The late royal was honored and laid to rest on September 19 at Westminster Abbey in London. 

During the services, the officer fainted and had to be brought away on a stretcher. 

He tumbled before the funeral cortege walked down the Mall and he fell in Parliament Square. 

His current condition is unknown, however, The Mirror reports that his situation is not critical. 

The incident happened when the guards started changing positions and he was seen staggering before falling moments later. 

Before the medics arrived, two police officers rushed to his aid.
