In La Quinta, California, "Rocky" star Sylvester Stallone is selling his house for $3.35 million, about $1.15 million less than it cost him a decade ago.

According to Josh Reef of Douglas Elliman, who listed the property Wednesday, the villa has 4,889 square feet of interior space, including four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

there's a large living room and a stone fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with wood cabinets, a center island with stone, a breakfast room, and a wine cellar.

In 2010, Mr. Stallone, 73, an actor, screenwriter, director, and painter, bought the property for $4.5 million through a trust, according to property records.

In 2014, he listed it for $4.2 million. The home has been on and off the market at different prices since then. Listed at $3.625 million in 2016, it was taken off the market in 2016.

The representative of Mr. Stallone, who created and starred in the "Rocky" film series, confirmed he is the seller, but declined to elaborate.

The interior design features wood double doors, arched entryways, vaulted ceilings, and fireplaces.

There are multiple terraces, a pool and spa, and a built-in firepit outside on the 0.45-acre property.

The villa occupies the largest lot among all villas in La Quinta, Mr. Reef said. In the backyard, there is a burbling creek.
