LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) - Emergency officials in Cass County have been prepping for the Luke Bryan Farm Tour on Thursday.

Staff from Cass County EMS will be on site throughout the day, along with fire and rescue departments from across the county.

As part of the event preparations, they will also share some tips to make sure everyone is safe and able to attend.

Due to the cooler temperatures this week, officials urge everyone to dress appropriately. Thursday's high is 64 degrees, and the low is 51.

"This is literally in the middle of a farm field," Cass County EMS says. For parking, carpooling is recommended, and drivers are advised to obey road closures.

People who may not be familiar with the area were shown some routes by Cass County Sheriff's Office.

Traffic will be heavy, so please use utmost caution. Starting at 2 p.m., the show begins at 6 p.m.
